The Promenade buildings in Bethesda, Maryland, recently underwent a re-roofing project that utilized an IRMA roof and Siplast roofing materials.
IRMA, or Inverted Membrane Roof Assembly, is a type of roof system that places the waterproofing membrane below the insulation layer. This protects the membrane from the elements and extends its lifespan.
